Our land, flora, fauna and wild-life

Our hapu land is more than you think, not just square kilometers of forest, bush, farm and lake front.  It is rare species, protected wild life and sites of historical significance and value.

There is a small group of people from our hapu that has joined together to develop a strategy to work with the Department of Conservation to recognise, protect and manage these precious gifts that we are custodians of...........
